Ingredients
- Chickpeas (boiled): 2 cups
- Potatoes (boiled, cubed): 2 medium
- Onions (finely chopped): 1 medium
- Tomatoes (chopped): 2 medium
- Plain yogurt (whisked): 1 cup
- Tamarind chutney: 3–4 tablespoons
- Green chilies (chopped): 2 pieces
- Fresh coriander: ½ bunch
- Plain papri or crushed chips: as needed
- Yaqub Chaat Masala: 2 teaspoons (adjust to taste)
Steps to Make
- In a large bowl, combine boiled chickpeas, cubed potatoes, onions, tomatoes, and green chilies.
- Add whisked yogurt and tamarind chutney. Mix gently.
- Sprinkle Yaqub Chaat Masala evenly and toss. Taste and add a pinch more masala or salt if needed.
- Top with papri, coriander, and extra masala if you like extra tang. Serve immediately.
