Ingredients
- Meat (Beef / Mutton / Chicken): 2 kg
- Tomatoes: 10 pieces
- Yogurt (whisked): 250 grams
- Garlic (paste): 2 tablespoons
- Ginger (paste): 2 tablespoons
- Ginger (finely chopped): 2 tablespoons
- Oil / Ghee: 350 grams
- Whole green chilies / Fresh coriander: 10 pieces / 1 bunch
- Butter or Desi ghee: 4 tablespoons
- Yaqub Karahi Masala: 2 packets
Steps to Make
- Heat oil and fry garlic and ginger paste. Add meat, tomatoes and Yaqub Karahi Masala and sauté well.
- Add water and cook until the meat becomes tender.
- When the meat is tender, sauté until the oil separates.
- Add melted desi ghee or butter, whole green chilies, finely chopped ginger and fresh coriander. Cover and give light dum on low heat.
- Delicious Karahi Gosht is ready. Serve with roti or naan.

Turmeric, Red chili, Coriander, Cumin, Cinnamon, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Green cardamom, Black cardamom, Nutmeg, Black pepper, Cloves, Tartaric citric acid.
