Kofta Masala
Kofta Masala brings the rich, aromatic taste of Pakistani kofta curry, with tender spiced meatballs in a thick, flavourful gravy, in one 40g box. Ideal with beef, mutton or chicken mince.

Ingredients
- Minced meat (beef / mutton / chicken): 750g
- Onions (finely chopped): 2 medium
- Garlic (paste): 2 tablespoons
- Ginger (paste): 2 tablespoons
- Gram flour (roasted): 2 tablespoons
- Tomatoes (chopped): 4 medium
- Yogurt (whisked): 250 grams
- Oil / Ghee: 200 grams
- Yaqub Kofta Masala: 2 packets (1 for kofta mix, 1 for gravy)
Steps to Make
- Mix half packet of Yaqub Kofta Masala with mince, half the ginger-garlic paste, roasted gram flour, and one chopped onion. Form round koftas and chill for 15–20 minutes.
- Heat oil and shallow-fry kofta until golden; set aside.
- In the same oil, sauté remaining onion until golden. Add tomatoes, remaining ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, and the rest of Yaqub Kofta Masala. Cook until masala releases oil.
- Add water or stock, return koftas gently, and simmer covered on low heat until gravy thickens and koftas are cooked through.
- Serve hot with naan or chapati.
