Ingredients
- Meat (Beef / Mutton / Chicken): 2 kg
- Onions (medium, finely sliced): 8 pieces
- Yogurt (whisked): 400 grams
- Garlic (paste): 2 tablespoons
- Ginger (paste): 2 tablespoons
- Ginger (finely chopped): 2 tablespoons
- Oil / Ghee: 400 grams
- Yaqub Korma Masala: 2 packets
Steps to Make
- Heat oil and fry the onions until golden. Remove and crush them.
- In the same oil, add meat, yogurt, and Yaqub Korma Masala. Cover and cook on low heat until the meat becomes tender. You may add water to tenderize the meat.
- Now add the crushed onions and sauté well until the oil separates.
- Delicious Korma is ready. Serve with raita, salad, naan or chapati.
