Ingredients
- Meat (Beef / Mutton / Chicken): 2 kg
- Tomatoes (chopped): 8 medium
- Butter: 100 grams
- Cooking cream: 200 ml
- Garlic (paste): 2 tablespoons
- Ginger (paste): 2 tablespoons
- Ginger (julienned): 2 tablespoons
- Green chilies (whole): 8 pieces
- Oil / Ghee: 200 grams
- Yaqub Makhan Karahi Masala: 2 packets
Steps to Make
- Heat oil, sauté garlic and ginger paste briefly. Add meat and tomatoes; cook until tomatoes soften.
- Add Yaqub Makhan Karahi Masala and cook on medium heat until oil separates.
- Add water if needed; cover and simmer until meat is tender.
- Stir in butter and cream on low heat. Add julienned ginger and whole chilies; cover for 3–4 minutes.
- Serve hot with naan.
