Tikka Boti Masala brings the authentic smoky BBQ flavor of traditional Pakistani tikka boti in one convenient box. A perfectly balanced blend of premium spices for tender and juicy beef, mutton or chicken tikka.

Ingredients
- Meat (Beef / Mutton / Chicken): 2 kg
- Yogurt (whisked): 500 grams
- Garlic (paste): 4 tablespoons
- Ginger (paste): 4 tablespoons
- Oil / Ghee: 1 tea cup
- Yaqub Tikka Boti Masala: 2 packets
Steps to Make
- In a large bowl, add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili, turmeric, coriander, cumin, lemon juice and oil and mix well.
- Add chicken and marinate thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers and cook on a charcoal BBQ grill over medium heat. Lightly brush with oil or butter in between.
- When the chicken becomes tender and slightly golden in color, remove from heat.
- Serve hot with lemon, onions and chutney.
- Tip: At the end, place a piece of burning charcoal in a small bowl, pour a little butter over it to create smoke, cover the dish briefly to give a restaurant-style smoky flavor.
