Ingredients
- Meat (Beef / Mutton / Chicken): 2 kg
- Garlic (paste): 2 tablespoons
- Ginger (paste): 2 tablespoons
- Yogurt: 250 grams
- Whole green chilies: 10 pieces
- Green chilies (paste): 2 tablespoons
- Cream: 1 pack
- Almonds (soaked and peeled): 16 pieces
- Oil / Ghee: 250 grams
- Yaqub White Karahi Masala: 2 packets
Steps to Make
- Lightly fry garlic and ginger paste in oil, ensuring the color remains white.
- Add meat and lightly fry. Then add green chilies, yogurt and Yaqub White Karahi Masala. Sauté lightly, add water and cook until the meat becomes tender.
- Grind the soaked almonds finely. Add them to the meat and sauté well. Add cream and mix thoroughly.
- Add whole green chilies and cover. When the curry releases oil, remove into a serving dish.
- Serve hot with chapati or naan.
