Ingredients
- Meat (Beef / Mutton / Chicken): 2 kg
- Onions (sliced, fried golden): 4 medium
- Yogurt (whisked): 400 grams
- Milk: 1 cup
- Fresh cream: ½ cup
- Cashews or almonds (soaked, paste): ½ cup
- Garlic (paste): 2 tablespoons
- Ginger (paste): 2 tablespoons
- Oil / Ghee: 300 grams
- Yaqub White Korma Masala: 2 packets
Steps to Make
- Fry onions until golden; crush and set aside.
- Heat oil, add garlic-ginger paste, meat, yogurt, nut paste, and Yaqub White Korma Masala. Cook on low until meat is tender (add water if needed).
- Stir in crushed fried onions; cook until oil separates.
- Add milk and cream on low heat without boiling vigorously. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
- Serve with sheermal or naan.
